Better than Greer. This spelling is more substantial and namey. Greer looks like an onomatopoeia or a verb.
The combo itself is far from pretty, to be honest. Hammond? That's not feminine at all. Something like Elliot or Palmer would have been better, and I don't even like those names on girls.
