[Facts] Re: Italian form of Augustine/Augustus?
I can't really help you, but I know that -ino is a diminuitive ending in Italian. So Augustino could simply be a diminuitive of Augusto (Italian form of the Latin name Augustus), while Agostino is what the Latin name Augustinus has developed into.Just a guess.*****
