It's an okay name, very strong and powerful, yet has a lot of dignity and class. I wouldn't consider it as a fn, but for sure as a mn.
I like:
Edmund Rowan (I would actually name a kid this, I love the name Rowan!)
Edmund Aneurin (very appealing after I figured out how to pronounce it!)
