I prefer Cormac over Cormick, to be honest. McCormick is a large brand of spices, and that's the first thing I think of with the name Cormick.

However, that might not be an issue for you, and I do think it's a nice way to reference your favorite artist. Out of your combos, I really like Cormick Julian.
