I love Eugenia and Eugenie both.
I pronounce Eugenia with a soft "g," "yoo-JEE-nia." (I pronounce Eugenie "yoo-ZHAY-nee" and "yoo-ZHEH-nee.")
The only way I like a hard "g" sound in it is in the Russian variant Yevgeniya.
