I wouldn't use them anyway. It's an accepted fact that 99% of celebrity baby names are either attention-grabbing devices, or things they made up while trying to be edgy or renegade.
But yes, if I saw a kid named Harlow or Sunday, I would definitely think that they got it from the celebrity. Legit yet unusual names such as Vivienne I would think would be usable within a few years after the kid's birth. Normal names like Max I probably wouldn't pick up on at all.
