I don't think Mercy is "trashy" at all.
It refers to an aspect of religion I dislike, and so I'd never use it myself. But going by aesthetics, I love it.
You could also consider Mercia, which is beautiful. From the combos you gave, I only like Mercy Marie. (I just dislike the other names.)
