I only like Annie - I get this vintage vibe from it which I love. Jessie is to modern and cutesy, same with Carrie. I'm not really a fan of nn as full names, unless they're absolutely gorgeous imo.
As for what I would use as full names:
Annie - Anne is lovely.
Jessie - hate all forms of this name
Carrie - Caroline I guess. But again, not a huge fan of it.
