Lorelei is the only one I like (a little, I still wouldn't use it). It's the most intuitive spelling from my point of view.
I guess it's a matter of why you would use the name, is it because of the rock and the myth about it or just because it has a pretty sound? If it's the latter, spelling is not that important but if you use it because of the legend / history, I'd stick with the original spelling.
