I think Henrietta is wonderful. If i didn't already plan on using Harriet, I'd really strongly consider using Henrietta but They're just too similar especially with my choice of nicknames Hattie and Hetty.
Henny is a lovely nickname also though, one i'd never thought about, but really works. It has a sweet, innocent feel to it with a tomboyesque edge to it. Wonderful
