Hmmm...interesting. I would pronounce it Eh-LEE-hoo, which sounds kind of like a rare parrot in the Amazon rainforest or something. It sounds Hawaiian, which is interesting! I don't think I would use it, and ultimately, I don't think it would be wise to name your child that. Think of all the ways people could pronounce it, and I don't think your kid would like it much having such a unique name. But, it would be a super cool middle name! :)
