I think it's very pretty and sweet:) if your hubby still really loves Liliana Eve, I'd go with it in a heartbeat!
You said you're trying to love it...if it's not something you honestly dislike for any reason, and your hubby really loves it, I would just go with the flow and not worry about it anymore. Middle names are important, but to me, not so important I'd stress over it for months:)
