I know of a few Rocco's (one who's 25, one who's 6) so Roscoe doesn't seem too out there to me. It does seem like more of a dog name (as does Rocco), but I think it's pretty cool overall. Maybe crosses the line over the hipsterdom, even. I'm not sure I'm familiar with the artist Rosko!
