I've known of people who were not particularly religious using Faith. It's usually because they thought they would never have kids, so they kept faith that one day, they would. Cheesy, but if it means something to them, it's fine.

Personally, I think it's a little too predictable. It doesn't do much for me as a name, there is zero 'wow' factor. I would avoid it just for that reason.
