It reminds me of Jobal Naberrie from Stars Wars, but she didn't make it into the final cut of the movie, so probably not a common association.
I used to like Jubal for a girl, but even then I preferred Jubilee.
I think it reminds me of Jewel, and thinking about it for a guy, I imagine someone chubby.
