I used to mainly think of 'nip and tuck' and 'trucker' when I saw it...plus there's a lot of negative rhymes (uck generally isn't a positive sound in English)...and now it's my roommate's cat's name, so I primarily think of that.
It sounds friendlier than a lot of other surnames as first names but I think
Carter does, too, and I would prefer that,..
