Welsh names are a goldmine. Some of my favorites:

Gwenith
Guinevere (though that's the "Frenchified" version, original Welsh is Gwenhwyfar)
Meredith (feminine)
Morwenna (this has Welsh and Cornish usage, as far as I know; variant Morwen is strictly Welsh)
