I know someone who loves this name and it has made me pay more attention to it, in general it flies under my radar. The thing that keeps me from warming up to this name is that I don't like the inevitable Addie/Addy nickname. I'd prefer "Ade" or "Aide".
Adelaide Juliet is pretty and Adelaide Margot is really chic.
Adelaide Ivy also appeals to me.
