I love this name with this pronunciation, but wouldn't use it because of the continent. I'm not a fan of place names. I don't like it as much pronounced AH-sha (polish diminutive) or AY-zhah.
ETA: I don't like the Asia Argento association, she's the second thing I think of after the continent.
