I disagree with the entire list, except for maybe
Merle. I can absolutely see it being used for both, either on an elderly man or an an elderly woman.
These could also be unisex:
Amandeep,
Kahurangi &
Naphtali, but they do lean more masculine. I honestly don't know enough about them.
Gwyn,
Inyene &
Ainsley as well perhaps, but definitely lean more feminine.
These I prefer as boy names:
LaneManuLogan (
Love this one for a boy. Can't stand it on a girl)
Elliott (All spellings!)

Girl's:

I tend to prefer names for a one gender, so there certainly aren't a whole lot of "unisex" names that I see AS being unisex, but for the ones that immediately come to my mind are these:
Robin,
Taylor &
Avery (Prefer more for boys, but don't at all mind on a girl)
Merle (as mentioned above)
Lonnie &
Lani Lauren, Loren/Lorin
That's pretty much it, with maybe a name or two I'm missing. Oh, and I think
Monroe.
