I've never seen it before. I googled it and it appears to be Italian but there's only vague info. on it. I'd think it was pronounced Iz-OH-lah or I-SOH-lah. The first prn. makes me thinking of cooking oil, though (Mazola). :bI love the name Isla and this is one letter off, though pronounced quite differently. But I think Isola has a great look and sound to it--that is, if I'm even saying it right. lol
