I don't mind this name, although I wouldn't use it myself. It seems to fit in perfectly with three of your other names, but Rowan sticks out like a sore thumb to me! The other names are feminine and a bit upper-class sounding, whereas Rowan on a girl is trendy and has the unisex feel which parents seem to crave at the moment.
