Definitely a female name, and just silly as a male one... sorry, but that's my opinion, and it annoys me that anyone'd consider it male. I find it pretty enough, but definitely waaaaay too close to Godzilla.

That said, if I could get over that connotation, I'm sure the name is lovely, and there are some nice middle names you've got there which I love and would make some super combos. I'm afraid I can't be much help... the Zillah/Godzilla thing is just one of those things where, once you've seen it, you can't unsee it...
