I actually like the sound and the appearance of it. However, where I live (in the UK) it does have quite a down-market image which puts me off. One day we were talking about names at work for some reason and of my colleagues once said something like, "have you noticed how many kids these days have horrible chavvy names like Sienna?". Everyone else kind of shuddered as if it was the tackiest name ever so that would put me off using it for real! Shame as I think it's quite pretty.
