I think Evelyn nn Ever is like the epitome of cliché hipster-crunchy fusion. :) It would make me roll my eyes to encounter, honestly.
I quite like River on a girl! I think it's quirky and upbeat.
I'm just not a fan of Ever as a name in general. I would definitely prefer it as a nickname for a name already having Ever in it. Everlily I'm not sure on. It's a bit over the top I think. I do like it better together than as Ever-Lily. It's less obvious without the hyphen.
