Re: Augustine
I really like Augustine on men. Augustine of Hippo's writings on freewill and his explanation of the nature of sin and evil are fascinating even if I don't agree with some of his other ideas. Augustine of Canterbury has some wonderful quotes like "The World is a book, and those who do not travel only see one page." He also said, "Since love grows within you, so beauty grows. For love is the beauty of the soul." Because of Caesar Augustus, its derivative Augustine also has an assuredly commanding quality as well. For a girl, I do not like Augustine at all. Augusta or Augustina would be more feminine in my opinion. August is nice on either gender.
