I agree with what you said in reply to an early answer - it makes me think of Mickey Rooney :) and, of course, that makes me like it. It does feel a little sporty, too.

I like Rooney Van Bell best but it also kind of sounds like a Dutch surname. Rooney Olwen Bell would be my next pick, it's very handsome :)
