Re: Names for siblings

I like Aidan, Emily and Alyssa the most, though I prefer Aiden/Emilia/Amelia/Alissa.
Anders, Sophie and Ronan are OK.
I really dislike the harsh pronunciation of Anders.
Sophie is a little old fashioned to me, therefore I prefer Sofia/Sophia which I really like!
Ronan may have a nice sound, but I think it's quite boring.
I dislike Declan and Kaitlyn/Kaitlin. Declan is like a priest's name and Kaitlin no matter which spelling is so over-used. And I especially don't like the fact that there are SO many different spellings of this name. I can't even decide whether I like or dislike Kaitlin or Kaitlyn more. They're both equally lame, sorry.
When it comes to the question whether I think a sibset is matching, I usually look for the names' origin. To me there is nothing worse than matching an Irish name with a Spanish one or an Italian with a purely German name. That's just wrong.
Therefore I say Aidan, Declan, Ronan, Emily, Alyssa and Sophie make up the best match.
Anders doesn't really go with any of the other names since it has a very different (Nordish) origin.
