Both Cicely and Cecily remind me of Sicily a lot. Not bad in itself, but that always makes me think of a joke in which the punch line pointed out the similarity to 'so silly'.
In short, Cicely = Sicily = So silly. Just can't get it out of my head, even if it is a bit of a dumb reason haha.
