Augusta is one of my secret favorites. It has a reputation for being a stuffy old lady name, but I swear it can be refreshed, it would look quite distinguished and noble on a little girl. I think it pairs well with the first name, as Owen is vowel-forward and airy, while Augusta has meaty consonants that help keep it grounded. It's a really hearty name, like it won't blow away in the wind. As well, Owen is modern, Augusta is classic, giving you one foot in each world. So these two would create balance and be very complimentary to one another, in my opinion.
