I find it almost aggressively foreign! But then, I would use
Lucy as a stand-alone without hesitation. Or
Lucilla. Or even
Lucinda, though I've used that already on a cat. Or, closer to
Lucienne, there's always Lucy-Anne, though not as a mn.
Vibes are interesting. I was all set to name my daughter
Lucy, but the vibe was wrong for her or she for it. Just didn't work. So, if
Theodora's sister has a
Lucienne vibe, why not?
As a combo, I find
Winifred Rowena Lucienne rhythmically unpleasing.
Winifred Rowena Lucy would flow better, IMO.
