Both are adorable, both remind me of the Pokemon, but spelling-wise Eevee IS the Pokemon while Evie is not
If you wanted to sneaky sneaky name your kid after a Pokemon, I'd advise the Evie spelling
Though truly some Pokemon names sound like actual names
Roselia for example, Aron, Kirlia, and Cresselia from the top of my head
