hm. I'm pretty sure Neosha is a town in Wisconsin. Maybe it's some sort of Native American...?
Lakeia is another possibly Native American name of some sort but don't quote me on that. It could also be a misspelling of a similar sounding name or perhaps it's just a word your mother made up that she liked the sound of?
