Sarah is an Old Testament name, and therefore it has a relatively short history of usage as a name in continental
Europe. There isn’t a universal nameday for
Sarah, because there isn’t a well-known St
Sarah.
Looking through Spanish sources, there seeems to be several possible namedays for
Sara (

In
France, namedays are often not related to Catholic feast days, especially for newer names or names whose usage isn’t related to a Catholic Saint.
In Portugal, namedays aren’t celebrated.
