Depends what you mean by 100% the same name. They all originally come from
John (so have the same meaning), and are generally pronounced the same.
They are all anglicised versions of
Seán- an Irish form of
John, though while
Sean is considered English and Irish in usage,
Shaun and
Shawn are just considered English.
