Submitters can and do put variants, diminutives, etc into the "other forms" section. I think it best if forms in other genders and languages do not go here.
These "other forms" are displayed when the name is viewed, but they are not used for any other processing or searching.
A better approach than relying on this field would be to give these other names their own records.
