i'm mostly trying to draw from the witcher books and games, and i don't know if that falls under vandalism or not.
(character's names tend to get rather weird in that franchise lmao)

From the guidelines for submitting names:
Q: Can names from movies or video games be added?
A: Yes, you can add names that are used primarily in popular media and not by real people, as long as the character is somewhat notable. As a rule of thumb, if the character does not have their own Wikipedia page (or a subsection on a Wikipedia page), then that character is not notable enough. The usage for purely fictional names should be either Mythology, Literature, or Popular Culture.
