This has been my name for 40+ years. I'm not offended if someone says it wrong. The A throws people off. But we say eye-lee-ah. People ask where it's from and comment it's lovely every time I meet someone new.

In French Latin pronunciation, it's said A-eh-lia.
(The "eh" is actually French "é". And Latin pronunciation is usually different if you are in a different place, that's why I said French Latin.)
