I much prefer Aleksandra to Alexandra, something about the ks is just so much nicer than the x!

My name is Aleksandra and I don't like it that much because it's too long and rare. But it's unique and has a lot of nicknames.

I favour this spelling opposed to the traditional Alexandra. I feel like it adds that little bit extra to a lovely, but common name. I would love to have a daughter named with the combination Ivy/Iris Aleksandra or vice versa.

My parents named me Aleksandra and I love it. Some people out there said that they imagine a girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. My hair is blonde and my eyes are gray-blue. I call them blue though... it just seems more fitting. I used to hate my name but now I don't. I have never met an Aleksandra but now know that there are lots of people out there who have my name but most of them have it spelled differently.

I love this name so much more than the common and annoying Alexandra! Some nicknames are Sandra, Aleks, Allie, Ally, Lexi, Lex, Annie, Leksa and Aleksa. I LOVE THIS NAME SO MUCH!

I think the "KS" part of Aleksandra makes the name a little softer, which I absolutely love!

I prefer this way more to Alexandra. Alexandra is too popular, and Aleksandra is more beautiful.
