This name sounds very beautiful. I believe it would be appropriate at all stages of life and there are numerous nick names to choose from. (Al, Alo, Lo, Lodi, Dolly). It gives me a whimsical feel and makes me think of a mermaid.

I think Alodia sounds so beautiful. It's unique without being wierd. This one is in my list for sure.

I much prefer this to Elodie. It sounds mysterious and has an historical feel to it that I think is really appealing. Plus, it's easy to spell and pronounce.
