It's not trashy. A name being different does not make it trashy or unworthy. I think that it's an interesting alternative to Alice, which is rather common.

I much prefer this spelling to the more commonplace 'Alice.' I think it looks prettier for some reason. Lovely name spelt either way!

This is my middle name and I love it. I think it is more creative than Alice and is really unique. Teachers have always, always spelled my name Alice. It gets to be a drag!

I think this is an adorable version of Alice - more balanced and without the "lice" element that makes me think of woodlice!
