I wouldn't recommend this name: In the Old Testament, Baal was vilified as a false god, and for many people that's the association that springs to mind. Sure, it's unique, but sometimes there's a good reason why names are rare!

This is such a weird name. What if you're playing catch with them and you say, "Hey Baal, throw the ball!" What a terrible name.
