Balbina Steffenone (1825–1896) was a 19th-century soprano. After singing across Italy, she spent the years 1845 to 1847 singing at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, then went to North America, where she stayed for seven years.
Balbina Remedios Langanehin was a Cuban lawyer and politician. Remedios was a Democratic National Association candidate for the House of Representatives in La Habana Province in the 1936 general elections, the first in which women could vote. She was one of seven women elected, serving in the House until 1938.
Balbina Bäbler (Glarus, 7 May 1967) is a Swiss archaeologist, specialist on the Northern Black Sea coastal area. Bäbler is an expert on the archaeological chronology and burial cultures, and an Honorary Fellow at the University of Exeter.
