I think the meaning given needs a bit more explanation. The "Becca" in "Becca's homestead" was NOT the modern short form of Rebecca, but an Old English male byname or nickname meaning "pickaxe", according to "A Dictionary of Surnames" by Hanks & Hodges. [noted -ed]
