This spelling is quite beautiful and cuter than the more classic Betty (no offense to any Betty-lovers!). I think Gina Bettie, Bettie Rose, Laura Bettie and Bettie Samantha sound nice.

There are so many Bettys that I have no association for it, but this name will always mean Bettie Page for me.
