In the tale of "Tom a Lincoln," Caelia (sometimes transcribed as Celia) is a fairy queen who married King Arthur’s son and has his child, the Faerie Knight. In Spenser's "The Faerie Queene", Caelia resided in the House of Holiness. She was the mother of Faith, Hope, and Charity, otherwise known as Fidelia, Speranza, and Charissa.
