This is my name and I love it! It's really unique and rare over here where I live (I hear it's also rare in Scotland, somewhat). But I do hate people misponouncing and misspelling it--it's a nightmare!

I think this is a very lovely form of the name of Christina, and I honestly wouldn't mind being called this. It seems to be very lilting.
