Why remove the 'u' in Courtney? No reason to remove it. This name looks and sounds weird and people just misspell it as Courtney anyway.

This is my name, with this spelling. It's more commonly spelled Courtney. I can't tell you how many people still spell my name with a U, especially on Facebook where my name is spelled right there for them! I am a female in my 30's and it's been an okay name growing up, despite the spelling. I have just gotten to where I don't correct people unless it's on important documents.
