DAH-nah, not DAY-na.
In response to skyleste, this version is pronounced DAY-na, the other versions (1), (3), and (4) are pronounced DA-na. I personally prefer DA-na, but it’s a different name. I have a cousin called DAY-na, she’s American.
It can also be pronounced Dah-Nah.
Listen to the German pronunciation of Dana here:

I know two girls with this name, one pronounced DAY-na with a long "a", and one DAN-uh with a short "a". I don't know if either or both is correct.
