This and Eleanor are equally nice names! Both are great though.
This name sounds like my great grandma's cousin's name and she’s an old lady. Use at ur own risk. Use this name if you want your child to be bullied.
Such a beautiful name with many nickname options, my favourite being Nell. More unique than Eleanor as well.
I like this way better than Eleanor, I think it's way prettier!
Awful! I’m sorry but this sounds so made up and strange.
I L.O.V.E this name! So so so so pretty... LOVE LOVE LOVE!
Absolutely adore this name. It is so refined, elegant and strong. Eleanora sounds more feminine than Eleanor, but I love both. It's not too popular just yet which makes it so much more appealing. The nicknames Nora or Ella are so adorable.
Very pretty, also has a bunch of nice nickname options. Nora, Elle, Ella, Ellie, ETC. I like it.
One of the most versatile names! There are so many nicknames that can be created:
Elle, Ellie, Ela, Lele, Eleanor, Noor, Nori, Nora
It's definitely on my list of potential baby girl names.
I much prefer this over Eleanor. Sounds ethereal and elegant.
I don't really like Eleanor or Eleanore but I absolutely LOVE Eleanora. I love the nickname Ellie for it.
Super pretty.
Such a beautiful and intelligent name.
Stupid and ugly yuck yuck yuck!
Eleanora is so pretty and unique for a girl, that you can't give someone a better name than the elegant, sweet Eleanora. Besides, there are diminutives like Nora which are also sweet.
Eleanora is very beautiful and feminine name that's perfect for any female. I prefer the spelling Eleanora to Eleonora.
So gorgeous! It sounds mature, delicate and so feminine! Perfect name or middle name. Some cute nicknames are Elly, Ella, Nora, Lea, Ann, Ellen and Eleanora is so much nicer than Eleanor which sounds okay for a boy I guess.
I personally love this name, and so does my husband thankfully. Eleanor just felt too popular for us, and we didn't like the way people pronounce it in our area, like Helena minus the H. I really like the name Nora, and thought that Eleanora emphasizes that part of the name. I thought it sounded Victorian so I was pleased to find that it has a history of usage from that period, albeit rarely. It changes the name so much, just by adding an A on the end. The pronunciation and feel of the name Eleanora is decidedly feminine, more so than Eleanor, in my opinion. Though Eleanor is a fine classic name, we prefer Eleanora. I think that it adds to the name and doesn't subtract from it. You get all the great points about Eleanor, plus the extra elegance and distinctiveness of being one of very few Eleanora's. I hope this name doesn't become popular!
This name is soooo soooo gorgeous sounding! ;D xoxo.
The name Eleanora was given to 66 baby girls born in the US in 2012. It's a beautiful and unique alternative to Eleanor, which seems to be rising in the charts.
I think this is awesome! It's a lovely combination of Ella and Nora that happens to be a legitimate name, and I love the spelling!
This is really pretty. :) I like it.
I extremely dislike this name, it reminds me of floral sofas that my grandma used to covet... it's loads better than most tryndee new-fangled creations like Hayley and Kaylee.
It also comes with the nickname Nell, which I love. Eleanor and Elinor may be a tad better.
I really like this name, I have a younger sister named Eleanor, and my mum sometimes, when calling her, calls her Eleanora. I don't know why she does that, but I suppose it's to add a bit of eccentricity to the summons. :)
Eleanor was my grandmother's middle name. I much prefer Eleanora to Eleanor for some reason and hope that I can use it as a middle name for a daughter someday. I think that Eleanora sounds practical yet beautiful. I also like the "nora" at the end because I very much like the musical artist Norah Jones.
I think this is a pretty name, but if I had this name I would rather be called 'Nora'.
